Individual Counselling
One-on-one therapy offered in person or virtually, providing a supportive and confidential space to explore challenges such as anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, low mood, life transitions, and self-esteem. Our counsellors help you build insight, develop coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Youth Counselling
In-person and virtual counselling designed to support children and teens as they navigate emotional, social, and developmental challenges such as anxiety, depression, school or peer stress, bullying, and family changes like separation or divorce. Our counsellors provide a safe, age-appropriate space for young people to express themselves, build coping skills, and develop resilience, with optional guidance and support for parents or caregivers when appropriate.

Families can do counselling together and/or as indivudals.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to be fair and respectful of both our clients’ time and our counsellors’. Please review the cancellation details below.
Appointments that are missed, cancelled, or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee .
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice by phone or text directly to your counsellor. Email requests for cancellations or changes are not accepted.
Your appointment is considered cancelled or changed only once you receive confirmation from your counsellor.
Payment for late cancellations or missed appointments will be processed automatically using the payment method on file, as agreed to in your informed consent and intake forms.
Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice can be cancelled directly through your Jane account, which is the most reliable way to ensure your appointment is successfully cancelled. If you’re unsure how to cancel through Jane, you may contact our admin team by phone, and they can assist you and confirm the cancellation. If you leave a voicemail or send an email to our admin team, or if you contact your counsellor directly by email, text, or phone, your appointment is considered cancelled only once you receive confirmation.
